Shipping policy

We want to thank you for choosing to purchase from Moon and Mind. Our shipping experience, we want to be as good as your shopping experience, following through to the product you receive. We want to make this as smooth and easy as possible for you. To do this was are trying to keep our policies as short and simple as possible, please see our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:

All aim to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday), this excludes weekends and holidays. Custom orders we give a 2 week lead time before dispatch. In most cases we will endeavour to process your custom orders much faster.

Shipping Rates:

We offer two delivery options at affordable prices via Royal Mail. We deliver where can be reached under the Royal Mail UK rates. Our shipping rates will vary based on the weight of the order. 

Shipping Methods:

We currently use Royal Mail as our shipping provider for all our shipments.
Estimated delivery times are inline with the Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services. At time of writing this the timeframe is 24h or 48h delivery aim from Royal Mail, For further information around location differences and shipping timeframes please click here.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text with a tracking number.

International Shipping:

While we do not currently offer international shipping. This may be an option in the future. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

To make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
